Responsible for a diverse set of activities including coordinating financial analysis, analyzing and improving the
current management reporting system and customizing the loan origination system. Provided daily internal
analysis, developed the daily rate sheet, processed rate lock requests, and continually evaluated and improved
process efficiency. I also analyzed/reported on existing lock commitments and developed financial forecasts and
analytical tools.

Wells Fargo SIFE Specialized Financial Services Fund, Walnut Creek, CA
(Prior to the merger with WellsFargo, it was known as SIFE Trust Fund)
Responsible for financial research, analysis and investment recommendations for this equity mutual fund. This
included the determination of equity positions to add and remove from the portfolio for both the financial services
sector and the diversified stable EPS sector.
· Developed and exclusively managed the fund’s $100 million non-financial investment sector, utilizing a
“Stable Growth” investment philosophy. This sector outperformed the overall portfolio.
· Developed and maintained a customized, proprietary portfolio-modeling database that generated buy/sell
recommendations, which drove the transactions of the fund.
· Managed fund’s growth from $400 million to over $1.3 billion, primarily through market performance.
· Analyzed and spearheaded the fund’s portfolio reorganization that generated enhanced performance
through more focused management.
· Built SIFE’s merger model to analyze possible consolidation activities among investment candidates in which
the firm had an interest, giving the management team the ability to value M&A transactions more accurately.
· Increased SIFE’s national exposure through extensive relationships with the national media to lend insight on
general investment and specific financial service issues as lead contact for media. (E.g., Wall Street Journal,
American Banker, Dow Jones News Wire, Wall Street Transcript.) Television appearances on CNBC, Bloomberg,
CBS MarketWatch, Reuters and Yahoo FinanceVision.
· Wrote and recorded the Weekly Update highlighting portfolio and market activity, giving added insight to
investors, sales representatives, and brokers.
· Implemented covered call/put strategy.
· Managed the system conversion for portfolio management software to Advent Axys Platform. Developed
specifications, tested and customized software to better enhance reporting requirements for the investment
management team, including performance and investment transaction reporting.
